U.S. Rep. Donald Payne Targeted in Somalia
U.S. Rep. Donald Payne of New Jersey
The plane Rep. Donald Payne was on had a bumpy takeoff today from an airport in Mogadishu, Somalia, as mortar fire began to rain down near the airport.
Officials from the airport said the plane did get away safely and none of the half-dozen mortar shells actually landed in the airport.
