Madden 2010 Cover to feature 2 players

After long speculation, it’s being reported and discussed that Pittsburgh Steeler, Troy Polamalu, and Arizona Cardinal, Larry Fitzgerald, will share the cover of Madden 2010; marking the first time that 2 players appeared on the cover.

There is little debate over the players picked, though some Pittsburgh fans seem to feel their team is being slighted by Madden (remember the Imaculate Reception against Madden’s Raiders?)–but the real lively discussion is on whether or not the famed “Madden Curse” will extend to 2 players and teams this year.

Only time will tell, but as a Pittsburgh fan myself, and a fan of Fitzgerald’s ever since his college days at Pitt, I’m going to go out on a limb and say “Not! The curse is over…”
