Henry Ian Cusick

A star of ABC’s hit series, “Lost”, Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond on the show, is being sued by former ABC employee, Chelsea Stone for sexual harassment.

According to Stone, who had worked for ABC since 1997, while she was still working on the show, Lost, Cusick touched her inappropriately on the buttocks and breasts while moaning.

Stone says she reported the behavior to her supervisor and was simply told to stay away from the actor. Twelve days later Chelsea Stone lost her job with ABC.

ABC and Grass Skirt Productions have also been named as defendants in the lawsuit.
